Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within Accra for orders placed before 1PM on weekdays. Orders placed after 1PM are delivered the next business day. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location — our team will contact you after your order to confirm the fee and delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is placed you can log into your account and check the order status. You will also receive SMS updates when your order is confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all regions in Ghana through our courier partners. Nationwide delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Delivery fees vary by region and will be confirmed by our team.
Products & Warranty
Are your products 100% genuine?
Absolutely. Every product sold on Xenova is sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell refurbished, grey market, or counterfeit goods. If you ever receive a product you suspect is not genuine, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some products carry extended warranties. Check the individual product page for warranty details. For warranty claims, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, and Mastercard. All card payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and process card payments through Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Contact our team to initiate a return and we will arrange collection.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
